Rygor Group has launched a new Plant Sales Trainee and Mentorship Programme, designed to identify and develop the next generation of plant machinery sales professionals through a structured 12-month development journey combining product knowledge, customer engagement, commercial skills, and executive-level mentoring.
Rygor Group has launched a programme of internal Roadshows, with members of the Board and Senior Leadership Team holding sessions with teams across the company’s 20 locations over the coming weeks. The events bring together more than 600 team members to celebrate Rygor’s heritage, share plans for the future, and continue the strong connections that have always been at the heart of the business.
Rygor Group has been recognised for excellence across its commercial vehicle operations at the Motor Trader Commercial Industry Awards 2026, securing two major category wins and two highly commended awards, alongside six shortlist nominations overall.
Rygor is proud to celebrate one‑year of its dedicated Career Hub, an online resource designed to support jobseekers at every stage of their career. Since launching last year, the Hub has attracted more than 14,000 views and 13,000 unique visitors, reflecting its growing popularity and real added-value for those looking to develop their skills and confidence in the job market.
