Rygor Group Rewards Employees with Exclusive Wembley Box Experience

Rygor Group is proud to reward team members with the exciting opportunity to enjoy exclusive experiences at the iconic Wembley Stadium. Employees recognised for their hard work and dedication are invited to attend events from the company’s private box.

The Wembley box provides team members with the chance to enjoy live entertainment in style, with hospitality, and unbeatable views of the action. This initiative is part of Rygor’s ongoing commitment to celebrating its people and creating memorable experiences beyond the workplace.

Kate Ruberry-Shoemack, Director of People & Culture, explains the importance of recognition at Rygor: “At Rygor, we believe it’s important to recognise the incredible contribution our people make. Experiences like this are a way of saying thank you, while also creating moments that bring our teams closer together. Wembley is such an iconic venue, and we’re delighted to share this with our employees.”

This reward programme is one of several initiatives designed to reinforce Rygor’s values of Rewarding, Reliable, and Respectful. The company continues to explore new and engaging ways to ensure employees feel valued, motivated, and part of something special.

In 2025, multiple employees have already been recognised with tickets to Wembley events. In August, all 2024 Group Award winners were invited to the Coldplay concert at the box.

Neil Cook, Service Manager and Manager of the Year award winner, said: “It was a once in a lifetime experience. I really enjoyed what was a spectacular show as well as the amazing hospitality provided. Memories made that will stay with me forever.”

Earlier this year, Rygor launched its brand-new employee intranet, an interactive platform designed to connect colleagues and celebrate recognition across Rygor’s 17 UK sites. The platform has quickly become a true hub of celebration and recognition for all employees.

Speaking about the new Hub, Neelam Akhlaq, Service Advisor at Nuneaton, said: “It’s great that there are more ways for people to share their views and be part of the conversation. It gives a real sense of community and reflects the positive, people-focused culture we have at Rygor.”

Based on recognitions posted on the Hub, team members have already been rewarded with tickets to see Lana Del Rey, Linkin Park, and BLACKPINK.

Alex Turner, Customer Service Manager, shared his experience: “Having only been with the business since April, it was humbling for my wife and I to be invited to see Lana Del Rey and receive such VIP treatment. A great evening spent with great people. Thank you, Rygor.”
